Expiry of the Revenue (Reduction of Business Registration Fees and Branch Registration Fees) Order 2022

The Revenue (Reduction of Business Registration Fees and Branch Registration Fees) Order 2022 (“2022 Order”) will expire on 1 April 2023.  For business or branch registration certificates which commence on or after that date the prescribed business registration fee or the prescribed branch registration fee, as the case may be, will be payable together with the levy.
