- Customers can proposed the company name (either Chinese, English or both) to us. We will conduct the name search on your behalf in Companies Registry so as to ascertain whether the proposed name can be registered or not
- Should the proposed company name available for registration, we will prepare the necessary documents relating to the incorporation, such as formation application form, Articles of Association (AOA), first directors and secretary, register and registered office and filing to the Companies Registry
- Customers are required to settle the appropriate payments at the time of signing documents necessary for submission to Government
- Companies Registry will generally issue a Certificate of Incorporation within 4-6 working days after the receipt of application
- We will arrange for the collection of Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate on your behalf
- Standard company kit set including 10 copies of AOA, a booklet of share certificate, a register of minutes book, one bank authorization chop, one common seal, one round chop and a complete set of certified true copy of submissed documents for bank account open will be available
